Having an on-call job, working as a continuity midwife for over 10yrs I frequently feel close to burn out. I have been fortunate enough to receive coaching from Nina for the past 6 weeks. We started our first few sessions with some guided breathwork. I am someone who can normally be a bit hesitant with this kind of thing but I experienced the breathwork as very relevant, grounded and practical.
