Breath, Body, Leadership: How My Work Has Evolved
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a personal update here.
For those of you who’ve been reading for a long time, thank you. And if you’ve only just found this blog, welcome.
When I look back at the writing I’ve done over the years, I still stand behind so much of it. The themes of growth, clarity, integrity, and being human are still at the heart of what I do.
But the way I work now has deepened.
And if I’m honest, I feel like a different person these days.
This shift didn’t happen in theory. It happened in life.
A couple of years ago, I went through the end of a short but significant relationship. That experience became a catalyst. It invited me (and often forced me) to change my life, not just in the area of love, but in work, money, self-leadership, and beyond.
I had to learn how to lead myself more honestly, more courageously, and more fully.
And I had to learn how to do it from the body, not just the mind.
What I’m Focused On Now
These days, my work is less about collecting insights and more about integration, helping people actually embody the things they already know deep down but may not have access to right now.
That means working not just with ideas, but with the body, the breath, and real life leadership:
How do you lead yourself when things get messy?
How do you create spaciousness when the world feels loud?
How do you listen to your gut (and your heart) when your head wants to take over?
What I Offer
Right now, most of my work is 1:1 coaching and breathwork.
I work with people who want to lead from a place of wholeness, whether that’s in life, in work, or both.
Sometimes that means slowing down. Sometimes it means moving forward.
But always, it starts in the body.
If You’re Curious
