Working in a long-term container may not work for us, but I am still here to support you. That’s why I am offering individual coaching conversation. They will be powerful and I am looking forward to holding this transformational space for you.

The truth is, coaching helps you make your dreams happen. I have seen it time and time again. It is beautiful work, but not everybody is ready for it. If you want to go deeper into your self-awareness and step up in your life, this is for you.

It’s important to know that booking an individual sessions is not reflective of the power of a full coaching container where you also receive ongoing guidance, accountability, nudges, regular calls and check-ins. But I will show up powerfully for you as you will for yourself.

Build me a Ritual

A ritual marks a time of transition and adds meaning and depth to it in a highly intentional way. Rituals can include music, meditations, candle lighting, letting go and intention setting, gentle breathwork, writing, reflection, and so much more. There is no coaching, there is only pure holding space for you from me in this precious time of learning and unlearning for you.

The space is open for men and women equally and I facilitate a ritual for one person at a time. If you are looking for a group offering, look further down.

I create rituals for myself around moon phases, cycle phases, during break-up healing, new relationship savouring, money, work, love – truly whatever calls for a deeper acknowledgment.

Build Me A Women’s / Men’s Circle

Women, specifically, have gathered in circles for centuries to share wisdom and stories and to support each other. There are many beautiful local circle offerings, yet this one is specifically for you or a loved one that you would like to support, celebrate or have space held for.

AND this offering is intended for a group of men or women as both will equally benefit from a vulnerable and transformative group space.

Circles can include meditation, music, breathwork, lots of sharing, writing, reflecting, a ritual, refreshments, and more. We puzzle you one together.

Circles are a gorgeous way to mark a transition, let it be a moon circle, a summer solstice circle, a grief circle, a birthday circle, a relationship loss circle, or quite your own occasion that you wish to mark with a group of dear friends or family members. We will co-create this special event so that it supports you in the most intentional way possible.
